How do I pay for my order?
Once you place your order, we'll message you on WhatsApp to confirm it and take payment — no need to send us anything yourself.
What's the cut-off time?
Each delivery date has its own cut-off, which falls the day before — usually 8am, but it can be earlier or later depending on the day. The exact cut-off shows in the countdown at the top and next to each day's menu (e.g. "order by Mon, 5pm" for a Tuesday delivery). Order for several different days in one go if you like — just check out once.
What's "Order Live"?
When we're actively cooking and ready to take real-time orders, a "🔴 Order Live" tab appears above for same-day, right-now ordering — separate from pre-order, with limited quantities.
My postcode wasn't accepted — what now?
